Quick Reference One Design Rules

The intention is to have a "Quick reference Guide" to our combined National and Local one design rules.

This will include only the most popular and critical rules - to save members wading through pages and pages of the class rules to find the good stuff.

If someone is willing to have a go at writing the draft please let me know.
